Michael Day
Michael is currently a tutor at the School of Leadership and Theology. He has been in active Christian ministry for 14 years, including planting and leading youth groups, as well as leading on various church pastoral and preaching teams. He has a background in theology, evangelism and apologetics, having served as an itinerant speaker for four years across the UK and Africa before moving to central London in 2020 to lead a Vineyard church community with his wife, Julia.
Alexander Venter
Alexander Venter [B.Th.; B.Th. Hons. (Ethics)] is married to Gill and they have two adult children. The Venter’s lived in the intentional Christian community for 23 years on “The Field”, south of Johannesburg, South Africa.
Costa Mitchell
Costa Mitchell (B.A.; B.Th. Hons; M.Th.) has an extensive background in church leadership as well as business consulting. The interface between these two, has contributed in large part to his understanding of how leadership works and of the essential character traits that will make it meaningful into the 21st century.
Derek Morphew
Derek Morphew was the primary developer of Vineyard Bible Institute, has been the formative influence in Vineyard International Publishing, and after working for Vineyard Leadership Institute for a brief spell was responsible for the academic development of Vineyard Institute.
Quinton Howitt
Quinton Howitt (B.Ind.Psych.; B.Th.; M.Th.; D.Th.) is the cofounder of the School of Leadership. Previously he served as a Professor of Theology and Education for Vineyard Institute in the USA, Academic Dean for Vineyard Bible Institute.
