Why Apprenticeship?
Our Approach
Today, this vital element of lifelong pastoral and leadership apprenticeship desperately needs to be re-emphasized because pastors, leaders, and those whom they shepherd, are being “…tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming.” (Eph. 4:14).

The Bible consists of many narratives, letters, poems, and other genres written by people dealing with real-life matters. Observing how these people behaved and interacted with God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and one another is crucial.
These disciplines will be implemented at two levels:
- The regular connection between our students and our Professor ensures a proper understanding of all theories and praxis.
- Facilitating a regular relationship between our students and their senior pastors and leaders who serve as their overseers.

We want to ensure that finances are not a barrier to learning. You can be part of someone’s learning journey by sponsoring learning fees on a monthly or annual basis. Establishing sponsorships is fundamental to ensuring we can reach under resourced learners around South Africa.
